- Is there a minimum commitment?
- Yes. Membership begins with a six-month commitment at $199 per month. After that, it continues month-to-month.
- Can I spend my full six-month credit immediately?
- No. You can use funds as they are deposited into your member bank.
- What can I use my credit for?
- While your membership is active, you can use deposited funds toward any treatment or product, including Botox. Botox is charged at standard pricing.
- Do unused funds expire?
- No. Unused funds roll over and never expire.
- What happens if I cancel?
- After your initial six-month commitment, you can cancel before your next billing cycle. Your remaining funds stay available toward any service at standard prices. Member pricing and retail discounts end when your membership ends.
- Are skincare products discounted?
- Members receive 10% off skincare and hair gummies, excluding Plated.
- Can members receive seasonal promotional gifts?
- Yes. Members qualify when purchasing the eligible treatment series.

- What happens during my first appointment?
Your first visit is a consultation before it is a treatment. We review your health history, medications and past treatments, look at your skin in natural light, talk through what is bothering you, and agree on a plan and a starting price before anything is booked.
If a treatment is appropriate the same day, we can often do it in that visit. If it is not — because of timing, medication, pregnancy or simply because something else would serve you better — we will say so. Allow a little extra time for paperwork and photos at a first appointment.
- How do I know which service is right for me?
You do not have to know — that is what the consultation is for. Tell us what bothers you and what you have planned, and Stefanie will recommend the treatment that addresses it, including recommending less than you expected when that is the honest answer.
As a rough guide: HydraFacial and medical-grade skincare are for skin quality, glow and congestion; Dysport is for expression lines; microneedling is for texture, scarring and firmness; IV therapy and wellness injections are for energy, hydration and recovery.
- Will I still look like myself?
Yes. Every plan here is built to keep you recognizable — conservative dosing, gradual change, and a review before we add anything. People should notice you, not your treatments.
With neuromodulators specifically, we treat lightly at a first visit and refine at a two-week follow-up rather than starting high. That is slower, and it is the reason our results read as rested rather than done.
- Is a membership worth it for me?
A membership makes sense if you plan to treat regularly — a monthly Hydrafacial, neuromodulators a few times a year, ongoing skincare. Your $199 a month is deposited into your member bank as credit toward any treatment or product, spendable as it builds, with member pricing while your membership is active. If you are visiting Maui or treating for a single occasion, book individually instead. A Kamaʻāina rate is available to Hawaiʻi residents with proof of residency, whether or not you join.
