Healthy skin starts here.
Facial Treatments — HydraFacial®, Maui Face Lift, Jet Lag Reset, BioRePeel®.
In plain language.
HydraFacial is an advanced skin resurfacing treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities, and deeply hydrates your skin in one comfortable visit. Patented vortex technology lifts away dead cells and congestion while infusing the skin with antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid.
It is gentle enough for nearly every skin type, which is why it's our signature gateway treatment — healthy skin comes before anything else we offer. There are no needles, no peeling, and no recovery period.
Most clients leave brighter, smoother, and more hydrated the same day, then return monthly to keep that healthy skin baseline through sun, salt water, and travel.
Healthy skin comes first.
Every plan here starts with skin health, not a shortcut. HydraFacial is our foundation because consistent, gentle resurfacing does more for how skin looks over a year than any single dramatic treatment. We adjust settings and serums to your skin that day — not to a protocol.

A calm, professional facial experience
Every HydraFacial begins with a brief consultation in a relaxed, private setting. Your provider reviews your skin that day, listens to your goals, and chooses the right protocol — not a one-size-fits-all menu. We adjust serums, boosters, and extraction time based on what your skin actually needs, whether you're preparing for an event or maintaining a healthy baseline.
Concerns this addresses.
Dry, dehydrated skin
Congestion and clogged pores
Dull or uneven tone
Rough or textured skin
Fine lines and early signs of aging
Sun-stressed skin
Neck and décolleté (Deluxe and Platinum)
What you'll notice.
Skin looks brighter and more hydrated the same day — ideal before a wedding, sunset dinner, or family photos.
Vortex extraction clears congestion comfortably, without the redness of manual extractions alone.
Serums with hyaluronic acid, peptides, and antioxidants are infused as the skin is resurfaced.
Regular treatments keep exfoliation consistent, which is what changes texture long term.
Settings and serums are adjusted for sensitive, oily, dry, and mature skin alike.
Return straight to work, the beach, or dinner — makeup optional.
What to expect, step by step.
We discuss your skin concerns, lifestyle, timing, and goals, then choose the right facial from the menu.
Dead skin cells are gently removed — with dermaplaning where it suits your treatment.
Vortex extraction, boosters, peel, lymphatic drainage or microcurrent, depending on the facial selected.
Customized serums replenish hydration and antioxidants.
We review home care, SPF, and ongoing skin health recommendations.

HydraFacial® versus a regular facial.
A HydraFacial is a medical-grade, device-driven treatment: it cleanses, exfoliates, painlessly extracts and infuses serums in a single standardized pass. A traditional facial is performed by hand with steam and product. Both feel lovely — but only one gives you a measurable, repeatable result the same day.
One facial helps. A rhythm changes your skin.
Healthy skin is built with consistency, not intensity. Here is the cadence we recommend for each treatment, and the timing that matters most before an event.
HydraFacial®
Monthly treatment matches the skin's natural turnover cycle and is the maintenance rhythm we recommend for most guests. Our membership is built around it.
BioRePeel®
Peels work cumulatively. A series delivers the real change in tone, texture and acne, then we move you to maintenance every eight to twelve weeks.
Maui Face Lift
Microcurrent results build. Guests preparing for a wedding or event often book weekly for four to six weeks, then hold with one visit a month.
Jet Lag Reset · Mini Glow
Both are designed as one-off refreshers — after a flight, before a dinner, or between HydraFacials.
Before an event
Skin looks its best a few days after treatment rather than the same hour. Nothing new or aggressive inside two weeks of a wedding date.
Add-ons, if you'd like a little more.
Optional enhancements you can add to any facial. Mention them when you book, or decide in the room.

Every HydraFacial®, step by step.
Every HydraFacial is a multi-step treatment designed to cleanse, nourish, and rejuvenate your skin with no downtime. At Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics, each treatment is customized to help you achieve your healthiest, most radiant skin.
Your treatment begins with gentle lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness, improve circulation, and support your skin's natural detoxification process.
Dead skin cells and impurities are gently removed to reveal a fresh layer of healthy skin while preparing your complexion for the next steps.
A blend of glycolic and salicylic acids loosens dirt, debris, and impurities from the pores without the irritation or downtime of a traditional chemical peel.
Using patented vortex technology, impurities, oil, and congestion are gently suctioned from the pores for a deep yet comfortable cleanse.
Your skin is infused with a HydraFacial® booster selected specifically for your concerns — hydration, brightening, calming redness, acne improvement, or firmness.
LightStim® LED therapy helps calm inflammation, reduce acne-causing bacteria, stimulate collagen production, and support skin healing based on your skin's individual needs.
Your treatment concludes with professionally selected skinbetter science® finishing products and broad-spectrum SPF to lock in hydration, protect your skin, and extend your results.
Customized for your skin. Personalized for your best results.
After a professional skin assessment, your provider selects the booster that best targets your concerns. Not sure which one is right for you? Your provider will recommend the ideal booster based on your skin's condition the day of your treatment — because your skin changes with the seasons, your lifestyle, and your environment.

Caring for your results.
- Skip makeup for a few hours if you can, and let the glow settle.
- Avoid vigorous exfoliation or scrubs.
- No saunas, hot yoga, or intense heat.
- Keep the skin simple: gentle cleanser, hydrator, SPF.
- Resume active ingredients such as retinoids once any sensitivity passes.
- Book your next treatment about four weeks out to hold results.
- Sun exposure amplifies everything here — seek shade during peak hours and re-apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ mineral sunscreen.
- Wait until your provider clears you before ocean or pool swimming, snorkeling, or hot tubs.
- Hydrate more than you think you need to, especially after a day in the trade winds and sun.
How to prepare.
Pause retinoids, strong acids, and at-home exfoliants for 3–5 days.
Reschedule if you have an active cold sore, sunburn, or open irritation.
Arrive with clean skin if convenient — we'll cleanse thoroughly either way.
Bring your current products or a list so we can align home care.
Let us know about any recent injectables so we can time treatments well.

Questions people ask about Facial Treatments.
The questions we hear most before booking Facial Treatments — answered in full, with links to the treatment details, definitions and guides behind each answer.
- Can I get a HydraFacial during my vacation?
Yes. A HydraFacial is one of the best treatments to have while you are on Maui because it has no downtime — you can go from your appointment to the beach, the pool or a dinner reservation the same day.
Skin looks brighter and more even immediately, which is why guests book it before a sunset dinner, a wedding, or a family photo session. Plan on 60 to 90 minutes depending on the level you choose, and wear a broad-spectrum mineral SPF 30 or higher afterward, since freshly exfoliated skin is more sun-sensitive.
- Which treatments have no downtime?
HydraFacial, IV nutrient therapy, wellness injections, spray tan and medical-grade skincare all have no downtime. Dysport has essentially none either — a few tiny marks that settle within an hour — as long as you stay upright and skip strenuous exercise for the rest of the day.
Microneedling is the exception. Expect skin to look pink, like a mild sunburn, for one to three days, with sun and ocean water off the table during that window.
- Can I go to the beach after treatment?
After a HydraFacial, IV nutrient therapy, wellness injections or Dysport, yes — the same day, with broad-spectrum mineral SPF 30 or higher and a hat during peak hours. Rinse salt water off afterward and keep skin moisturized.
After microneedling, wait. Stay out of direct sun and out of the ocean and pools for at least three to five days, until the skin barrier has fully closed. After a spray tan, wait about eight hours before swimming so the color can finish developing.
- Which treatments are best after a long flight?
IV nutrient therapy is the single best treatment after a long flight, followed by a wellness injection if you want an energy or immune boost in fifteen minutes. Cabin air is extremely dry, and a five-hour-plus flight plus a time-zone change leaves most people dehydrated before their vacation starts.
If travel has also left your skin dull or congested, a HydraFacial the next day restores the glow. Many guests book both — an IV on arrival day, a facial mid-trip.
- How long should I wait before swimming?
After a HydraFacial you can swim the same day, though we suggest waiting a few hours and rinsing afterward. After Dysport, wait until the following day. After a spray tan, wait about eight hours so the color finishes developing.
After microneedling, wait three to five days before ocean or pool water. Open micro-channels and untreated water are a poor combination, and chlorine and salt will both sting freshly treated skin.
- What helps after golf, hiking or a boat day?
IV nutrient therapy is the fastest recovery after a full day outdoors, because sun, wind and exertion dehydrate you more than most people realize on Maui.
A HydraFacial afterward clears the congestion that sunscreen, salt and sweat leave behind. Neither has downtime, so you can do both and still make a dinner reservation.
- Which treatments are best before a wedding?
A HydraFacial three to seven days before the wedding is the single best pre-event treatment, with IV nutrient therapy the day before for travel and late-night fatigue, and a spray tan one to two days out if you want warmth without sun.
Anything that builds — a microneedling series, medical-grade skincare, neuromodulators — belongs three or more months ahead, so dosing can be refined and results are fully settled by the day.
- What should I avoid immediately before an event?
Avoid anything new, aggressive or unfamiliar in the final two weeks. That means no first-time injectables, no resurfacing or microneedling, no strong new actives such as retinoids or acids, and no waxing on the same day as a facial.
In the last 24 to 48 hours, skip alcohol and high-sodium meals so you are not puffy in photographs, keep sun exposure moderate, and stay hydrated. Familiar treatments you have had before — a HydraFacial, an IV — are the safe choices this close in.
- What is best right before family photos?
A HydraFacial one to three days before the session, so skin is calm, even and luminous under Maui light rather than freshly stimulated.
A spray tan the day before adds warmth without sun damage, and IV nutrient therapy helps if travel or long days have caught up with the group. All three are no-downtime and work well as back-to-back appointments for several people.
- Which treatment is best if I have never had aesthetic treatments before?
Start with a HydraFacial. It is non-invasive, comfortable, suits nearly every skin type, has no downtime, and shows a visible result the same day — which makes it the easiest way to see how we work before deciding on anything more.
From there, medical-grade skincare is the highest-value next step, and a neuromodulator such as Dysport is the usual first injectable, dosed conservatively so you can decide how much movement you want to keep.
- What is the difference between a HydraFacial and a traditional facial?
A HydraFacial is a device-based medical facial: patented vortex technology cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and infuses serums in one pass, at settings we control. A traditional spa facial is performed by hand, with steam, manual extractions and massage.
The practical differences are consistency and depth. Extractions are more thorough and far more comfortable, results are measurable the same day, and the serums used are clinical-strength. A traditional facial is more of a relaxation experience; a HydraFacial is a treatment that happens to be relaxing.
- What is medical-grade skincare?
Medical-grade skincare is products with higher concentrations of active ingredients, formulated to reach the living layers of the skin, dispensed and guided by a clinician rather than sold off a shelf.
The difference matters most with retinoids, growth factors, antioxidants and pigment correctors, where concentration and formulation determine whether anything changes at all. We carry Skinbetter Science and choose a routine for your skin and your climate — including the one at home.
- Can I wear makeup after a HydraFacial?
Yes. There is no restriction on makeup after a HydraFacial, though we suggest waiting a few hours if you can, and many guests skip it entirely because of the glow.
If you are heading straight to an event, mineral makeup over a broad-spectrum SPF is the most comfortable combination on freshly exfoliated skin.
- Should I have microneedling or a HydraFacial?
Choose a HydraFacial for immediate glow, hydration and congestion, with no downtime. Choose microneedling to change the skin structurally — texture, scarring, pore size and firmness — over a series of treatments.
They are not competitors: most long-term plans use both, alternating HydraFacial for maintenance with a microneedling series once or twice a year. If you are on vacation, have the HydraFacial now and plan microneedling for home.
Good to know.
Which facial should I book?+
Signature HydraFacial for a classic monthly glow, Jet Lag Reset after a long flight, Mini Glow for a quick refresh, Maui Face Lift to lift and sculpt before an event, and BioRePeel when tone, texture, acne or pigmentation are the concern. If you are unsure, book the Signature and we will adjust in the room.
How long does a facial take?+
45 minutes for the Jet Lag Reset and Mini Glow, 60 minutes for the Signature HydraFacial and Maui Face Lift, up to 90 minutes for the Nō Ka ʻOi Platinum.
Is there any downtime?+
None. Most guests return immediately to work, the beach, dinner, or other activities — BioRePeel® included.
How often should I have a facial?+
Monthly is ideal to maintain healthy, radiant skin. BioRePeel® is best as a series of four, performed every 7–14 days.
Can I wear makeup afterward?+
Yes — though many guests love the glow and skip it.
Can I combine a facial with Botox or Dysport?+
Yes. Many guests pair them for a refreshed, natural look.
Is a HydraFacial safe for sensitive skin?+
Yes. HydraFacial is gentle enough for nearly every skin type, and we adjust exfoliation and boosters to your skin.
What is best before a wedding or photos?+
A HydraFacial or Maui Face Lift 3–7 days before is ideal. Nothing new or aggressive inside two weeks of the date.
